The design and construction process is one that can be exceedingly complex, often involving many parties - in addition to designers and builders, it’s often necessary to engage local municipalities, the Department of Environmental Conservation, environmental and structural engineers, and so on. Our goal is to simplify this process, providing our clients with a single point of contact to manage the process from start to finish.

DESIGN

Wildmere takes a holistic approach to design, considering a property’s location and setting, a structure’s age and style, and most importantly, a client’s unique tastes and needs. Our experience spans new construction, additions, renovations, and restorations. We have worked with modern and traditional design, and excel at combining the best of both. During the design phase, clients are presented with floor plans and elevations, detailed 3D renderings, and a complete schedule of interior and exterior finishes. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

For most of our clients, Wildmere continues to manage the project well beyond the design phase. We work with local engineers to develop site plans, and manage the permitting process with local and state agencies. We use highly customized pricing models to develop accurate cost estimates and collect bids from general contractors we know and trust. And we’re frequently on site during construction, meeting with the GC to answer questions and ensure that progress is adhering to plan in a timely fashion. Engaging Wildmere to act as a project manager and owner’s representative reduces not only the time and effort required of owners, but also the stress associated with a construction project.
