HUDSON, NY

Built in 1825, this landmarked house primarily needed maintenance effort.  Extensive work was completed in the basement, including replaced/repaired floor joists, new support columns, a new brick center support wall, and a new cement floor.  HVAC work was done to improve heating and cooling on the second floor.

Exterior work included the replacement of rotted siding and steps and a full paint job, resulting in significantly improved curb appeal.  Some furnishings were purchased from the prior owner, and we added new pieces to complement the historical nature of the property while adding a touch of modernism.
